You can mail in any device listed on our site for repair. If you have any questions or if your device isn’t listed, please call us and our technicians will provide the assistance you need.

What should I include when I am shipping my device to you?

Send Only Your Device for Repair—please avoid including accessories or the original packaging, as this can increase shipping costs. All necessary details will be collected via the mail-in form provided.

Do Not Power On Your Device—it’s best to bring it in the same day or next day for a higher chance of successful repair. If you cannot visit one of our locations, try to dry out your device and then bring or mail it to us.

My device was water damaged and now everything seems to work fine except for one function, do I still need the full water damage service?

For the quickest answer, call us at one of our locations. Our technicians will be able to diagnose the problem and provide the assistance you need.
